Salesforce and Deloitte Team for CRM AI Solutions

CRM software giant Salesforce has partnered with consulting division Deloitte Digital to offer business clients help in deploying AI in CRM functions.

Salesforce and Deloitte Team for CRM AI SolutionsThe deal combines Salesforce's software with Deloitte Digital's AI services, industry experience and knowledge of data protection regulations to help firms develop strategies to deploy AI within the cloud for CRM. The partners will offer a 'trust framework' based on quant research, to prepare businesses to deploy AI for CRM in a way that addresses security, privacy, and compliance requirements from customers; industry-specific AI use cases to explore the potential of generative AI and the 'AI Cloud' in various sectors; and aim to train up 10,000 professionals across the globe in the Deloitte AI Academy.

The AI Cloud itself aims to help sales reps, marketers and service teams to quickly auto-generate personalized emails tailored to their customer's needs; commerce teams to auto-generate insights and recommendations for good CX; and developers to auto-generate code, predict potential bugs in code, and suggest fixes.

Clara Shih, CEO of Salesforce AI says the partnership 'will help ensure organizations have the strategies and technologies they need to confidently adopt and deploy AI for CRM, driving personalized customer experiences and immediate business outcomes'. For Deloitte Consulting Jim Rowan, Principal and U.S. Leader of the Strategy & Analytics business comments: 'For many years, Deloitte has been leading the industry in AI capabilities anchored in trust. With our extended focus and collaboration with Salesforce, we are able to offer our clients the technical experience and industry-specific knowledge to help them design, develop and deploy AI solutions that optimize CRM processes, enable personalized customer interactions, and generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making'.
