Khoros Expands Communities Tool for Client Collaboration

In the US, customer engagement platform Khoros has expanded its communities solution, to make it easier for enterprises to build brand-owned destinations through which clients can engage and collaborate with customers.

Chris TranquillKhoros' platform enables brands to connect with customers throughout their entire digital journey - including across digital contact centers, messaging, chat, online brand communities, CX analytics, and social media management. The firm powers more than 500 million daily digital interactions and uses AI to convert these interactions into insights.

With the new version of Khoros Communities, the firm says communities can be deployed faster through a set of preconfigured templates, with little or no setup services required. Community managers can customize page layouts and make design changes to their communities with a new drag-and-drop interface that eliminates the need for custom code. IT and development teams can build community experiences and custom integrations using an API-first architecture with a new GraphQL layer; and brands can keep community members engaged with a more accessible end-user experience.
