QuestionPro Adds AI-Based Fast Survey Builder

Austin, Texas-based research and CX software and solutions firm QuestionPro has added a new feature, QxBot, to its platform, making use of generative AI to offer users the power to build 'quick, creative surveys... in seconds' via a conversational interface.

QxBot adds its own proprietary generative AI engine to create a fast survey generation tool: novice and experienced users alike can define a research topic, generate survey questions 'within seconds', edit and reorder them, and add logical routing, according to the firm. QxBot can also generate expert 'starter questions' for users unskilled in survey creation; and gives access to global audiences and demographics in the language of the user's choice.
