Movate Buys Outsourced CX Services Firm TSD Global

Digital tech and CX services company Movate has acquired TSD Global, an international provider of outsourced sales and CX services. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

With a team of more than 1,000 professionals at its contact centers in the Philippines, and operations in the US and South Africa, TSD Global manages customer support and sales campaigns on behalf of clients.

Last year, Movate acquired Directly OnDemand, a peer-to-peer expert services platform, in order to enhance its portfolio with an AI-powered services platform. Building on this, it recently launched a GenAI platform called Movate Athena. The latest acquisition is intended to broaden its footprint and enrich its digital CX service portfolio.

Movate CEO Sunil Mittal (pictured) says the move 'will help strengthen the firm's global delivery footprint and amplify its capacity to deliver revenue-generating outbound services'. He adds: 'Our strategic investments and a collaborative, AI-powered approach, position us well to together deliver tangible growth and an unmatched value proposition for all stakeholders'.
