Toluna Confirms More Senior Roles after MetrixLab Buy

Insights technology and panel provider Toluna has confirmed key leadership positions including regional Managing Directors, following its summer acquisition of MetrixLab.

Toluna Confirms More Senior RolesToluna acquired research solutions provider MetrixLab in June from previous owner Macromill, with the latter taking a minority equity stake in Toluna and venture capital funding firm Verlinvest remaining the largest shareholder in the combined entity. A month ago Toluna confirmed its executive team, with Chief Sales, Research, Technology and Financial Officers remaining in role while former MetrixLab Global HR Director Hans Verhulst took the role of Chief People Officer and Jolique Weelink Chief Insight Officer.

In the latest list, longtime MetrixLab exec Angela Morgans becomes Chief Commercial Officer, Europe - she has served as MetrixLab's Regional Managing Director for Europe since 2019, having joined the company five years earlier. Jeff Claypoole will continue as MD of North America after joining Toluna last year; Rebeca Dreicon will serve as Managing Director of Latin America, a role she held at MetrixLab for the past four years, having joined the firm in 2014; and Ludo Milet continues as Toluna's Managing Director of Asia Pacific, a position he has held since joining the organization in 2014.

Michael Dawson will serve as Managing Director, Market Research & Consultancy: he was most recently Toluna's EVP of Business & Corporate Development, having joined the company in 2009. Michelle de Montigny becomes EVP of Global Key Accounts, a role she has held at MetrixLab since 2020 and which now involves overseeing the management and performance of the top 24 global enterprise accounts.

All six of these execs will report directly to Kevin Daly (Chief Sales Officer).

MetrixLab's EVP, Business Finance of six years Mark van der Pols will now take the same role in the combined company, reporting to CFO Pierre Camagne; Paul Hambly will serve as Head of Supply, after fifteen years at Toluna; and Don Golden will continue as Head of proprietary panels unit Precision Sample - he has been Precision Sample's CEO since 2010.

Hambly and Golden will report directly to CEO Frédéric-Charles Petit who comments: #I'm very excited to announce the appointment of our regional managing directors and key leaders for the combined organization.
