Buzzback Launches On-Demand Qual Platform

New York-based consumer insights firm Buzzback has launched a new qualitative research platform called Studio, aiming to make custom qual a 'dynamic, agile and easy experience' without sacrificing quality.

Liz WhiteStudio by Buzzback promises users access to a 'robust, vetted moderator network', along with seamless access to fieldwork platforms, recruiting partners and administrative support. These include third party providers User Interviews, Discuss and Recollective, allowing access to communities, diaries, mobile ethnography, focus groups, depth interviews and other components.

Buzzback SVP Liz White comments: 'We've watched the quantitative side of our industry evolve and explode with great ResTech solutions that push our industry forward. But there were still so many challenges with qual that just weren't being addressed. And we experienced this daily firsthand; the telephone game of looking for the right (or available) moderator for the project, recruiting times of 2 weeks when our clients needed the entire project done by then, manually coordinating the logistics of the study with all the different groups of people involved.
