Trace3 Buys to Boost Data and Analytics Business

Irvine, CA-based tech services firm Trace3 has acquired Midwest consulting and analytics company Tail Wind Informatics, based in Minnetonka, MN, for an undisclosed sum.

Tail Wind employs experts in business intelligence, cloud analytics, data and information management, helping its clients to turn customer data into actionable insights.

Trace3, led by CEO Rich Fennessy, helps clients integrate and run convergent solutions across data, security and the cloud, and includes a growing Data & Analytics business, which Tail Wind will join. Both companies boast a cross-sector client base and are Microsoft and Snowflake partners.

Fennessy comments: 'With the addition of Tail Wind, we are doubling down on our belief that data and data strategy are key to delivering transformative business value for our clients.
