APL Media Integrates AI-Based Feedback Tool

London-based APL Media is integrating the technology of US-based feedback software firm Social Asking, aiming to 'bring cutting-edge AI to audience engagement' and allow brands to understand their audience in real time. A new division of APL will serve as Social Asking's lead (UK) sales agent.

Anthony LeyensAPL creates multi-channel content for consumer and trade audiences, primarily in the travel, lifestyle and events sectors, including guides and events for National Geographic Traveller (UK), the ASTA (American Society of Travel Advisors) Worldwide Destination Guide, and newspaper guides and digital campaigns for The Telegraph, Evening Standard and Independent newspapers / services.

Social Asking allows audiences to share feedback, and clients to gain actionable insights and problem-solve while building a community around a product or brand. APL says clients will get immediate insights; more relevant, personalised interactions and experience; and the ability to quickly adapt strategies.

APL Chief Executive Anthony Leyens (pictured) comments: 'Social Asking's innovative AI-driven platform aligns perfectly with APL Media's commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in audience interaction and insight gathering. Together, we are poised to redefine the landscape of customer feedback. I am confident this partnership will not only enhance our capabilities but also set new standards in the industry, driving growth and success for our valued clients'.
