VML Partnership Boosts Retail Intelligence Offer

WPP-owned ad agency VML is to upgrade its proprietary digital commerce tech and retailer intelligence suite via a partnership with retail ecommerce management platform CommerceIQ. The latter's generative and predictive AI will help VML to optimize clients' digital shelf performance.

Gemma SpenceCommerceIQ helps consumer brands to plan, monitor and execute their businesses and grow market share across more than 650 global online retailers. Its platform brings together clients' data on commercial planning, product content, assortment & availability, ratings & reviews, pricing & promotions, search and retail media, applying machine learning and automating processes.

The new partnership brings comprehensive brand data together with advanced digital shelf analytics, allowing clients to optimize their use of retail media and hone their content and creative strategy.
