RSB Appoints for New Innovation Role

In the US, RSB Insight and Analytics has created a permanent in-house role as Senior Director of Insights & Analytics for Johanna Steen, who has been working for the firm as a consultant for nearly two years. The former Hall & Partners researcher will help to drive the development of innovative methods.

Johanna SteenSteen brings more than twenty years' experience in B2B and B2C research, including user segmentation studies, management of end-to-end qual research processes, and collaborating with senior leadership to translate insights into strategic action. From early 2016 she spent four years as Group Strategy Director at brand and comms specialist Hall & Partners, and before that she was a Director for three and a half years at Zeitgeist Research. Earlier she worked for two separate spells at Microsoft: as a Consultant at search engine Bing for two years from mid-2010, and from 2000 to 2009 as a Research Manager / Analyst working on MSN and other areas, and then as Manager, Marketing Research at MSNBC Interactive.

In her new role, she will focus on elevating the company's offerings and enhancing client satisfaction.
