SuperAwesome Adds Kids & Teens Intelligence Platform
SuperAwesome, a digital media platform and insights provider focused on kids and teens, has launched an audience data and recommendation platform called Awesome Intelligence.
Founded in 2013 by Dylan Collins and now led by CEO Kate O'Loughlin (pictured), the company partners with brands, agencies, creators and developers to engage under-18s in 'safe, compliant and impactful ways'. With youth audiences fragmenting across video formats and providers, the firm says good data on their behaviour and how to engage them is hard to come by.
Awesome Intelligence aims to help brands identify audiences and plan campaigns across platforms, and improve campaign effectiveness. The platform draws on the firm's qual and quant research, cross-vertical youth campaigns, emerging creator-led ecosystems, regulatory expertise and proprietary data from partners to offer 'a dynamic map of the digital universe of the next generation'. Users are promised greater clarity on the environments where next-gen consumers socialize, shop and play; and deeper insights powered by data from thousands of cross-vertical campaigns and research studies, as well as the firm's regulatory expertise.
O'Loughlin, quoted on web site www.adobomagazine.com , comments: 'Because kids and teens spend their time in NEW new media and safe data about their motivations is scarce, it can feel like a guessing game on how to best engage with them. Awesome Intelligence is the culmination of our continued investments in kidtech and innovation at the pace of change among under-18 audiences. We believe that it will forever empower the youth ecosystem and equip it in a way that simply hasn't been possible before'.
The service launches with a data partnership with Gamefam, a metaverse media company for Gen Z and Alpha, seeking deeper understanding of youth audiences in immersive gaming environments.
