Senior Moves at J.D. Power
J.D. Power and Associates has promoted Tom Donnelly to Executive Director of Automotive Client Services, with previous incumbent Gary Tucker moving to head up the firm's Finance and Insurance division as Senior Vice President.
Donnelly was previously responsible for managing the firm's Hyundai, Kia, Honda, Acura and Suzuki automotive accounts. He joined the company in 2001, having worked as VP of Dealer Operations at autobytel.com and in various sales and marketing positions during 10 years at Subaru of America.
He has a bachelor's degree in management from Rutgers University.
