Senior Promotion at Burke
In the US, full service research and MR training firm Burke has promoted Maggie Liddell to Vice President, Client Services.
Burke is 100% employee-owned and was established in 1931. In addition to providing clients with decision science, insights and innovation strategy, it provides globally recognised training and education for MR and consumer insights roles via its subsidiary, the Burke Institute.
Liddell brings more than twenty years of experience across strategy, marketing and analytics. She worked in financial advisory and analytics roles for seven years before joining aluminum* product company Alcoa in 2009 - here she rose to the role of Global Customer Programs and Analytics Director, before leaving for Arconic, another aluminum specialist, in 2015. Since the Spring of 2019 she has been working at Burke, and she was Senior Account Executive, Client Services before the latest promotion. In addition to strategic consultancy based on a deep understanding of client challenges, she has strong experience of bringing together cross-functional teams for insight delivery.
Tara Wiley, VP, Client Services Manager at Burke, comments: 'Maggie has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions to address her clients' most pressing challenges. Her ability to listen and prioritize clients' needs, combined with her thoughtfulness and collaboration, brings a unique perspective that drives results and accelerates growth.'
