Clevertouch Launches Martech Benchmarking Platform
Marketing tech advisory firm Clevertouch Consulting has launched a benchmarking and insights platform called MartechIQ, designed to tell client companies how well their martech is performing, in areas including campaign metrics, platform integration, CX management and data effectiveness.
Clevertouch aims to help clients 'make sense of their martech investment and prove the ROI', and introduced the concept of 'the Martech Spine', which is primarily based around marketing automation and marketing cloud platforms.
The new platform has been developed in collaboration with clients including ABB, Ascential, BT, Deloitte and Robert Walters, and promises marketers the ability to benchmark against industry peers, diagnose strengths and weaknesses, predict future capability needs, and get tailored recommendations to drive ROI.
The firm has also launched Martech Platform Support Services, offering bespoke, expert assistance in the optimization of marketing automation, specifically for users of Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Pardot. The service offers guaranteed response times as fast as one hour, and support from a highly experienced UK-based team, managed through a portal.
