Uniphore Launches First Tools in AI Suite

Conversation AI and automation specialist Uniphore has launched Marketing Agents, a suite of AI tools promising to accelerate the process by which marketing teams access data and segment audiences within its customer data platform.

Steve DahebUniphore operates an AI platform which connects enterprise data, fine-tunes AI models, and deploys agentic AI across the enterprise, promising productivity boosts, lower operating costs and faster growth. The company has invested in data and insights firms over the last three years, acquiring British-based voice capture platform Red Box, behavioral tech firm Hexagone and most recently data firms ActionIQ and Infoworks.

The first tools in the new suite are Platform Search Agent, providing instant semantic search of attributes, audiences and other data; Audience Segmentation Agent, which builds segments from plain English prompts, supporting rule-based logic; and Product Knowledge Agent, a natural language assistant embedded in the UI that answers user questions in real time using indexed product documentation. Three launches are planned for later in the year, focused on campaign optimization, reporting and insights.
