Kantar Strengthens Ties with Tech Consultant Kyndryl
Kantar has extended a partnership with technology services firm Kyndryl, which will 'modernise the digital workplace' of the global insights group; design and manage its technology transformation; and help it to save costs and scale efficiently.
Kyndryl provides mission-critical enterprise technology services including advisory, implementation and managed service capabilities to customers in more than 60 countries, and describes itself as 'the world's largest IT infrastructure services provider.'
Kantar says its staff will benefit from automation, particularly in its self-help tools to resolve IT issues faster, boosting productivity and improving overall user experience. Kyndryl's consultants will help to create 'a single, seamless technology function across Kantar's technology and business application operations.'
'Our partnership with Kyndryl has been vital in helping us transition to a more flexible, automated, digital workplace,' comments Kantar CIO Dave Stevens (pictured). 'The relationship gives us the ability to respond to a fast-changing market and the tools to empower our teams to do their best work.'
