$11m for UX Research Platform Rally

In New York, user experience research platform RallyUXR has raised $11m in a Series A funding round. The money will allow it to invest deeply in its own product innovation; explore new applications for AI and automation; and grow its product and go-to-market teams.

Rally's platform automates participant selection, screening, outreach, scheduling and incentives, within a single, 'secure and compliant' CRM system. The company was founded in 2021, with an engineering team from Hubspot, and was backed early on by Y Combinator. The start-up incubator also participated in the latest round, which was led by Canapi Ventures, and joined by another existing investor, Stage 2 Capital. Total investment is now c.$20m.
