Senior Promotions Including New COO at RMS

In the US, full service MR and healthcare consulting firm Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS) has announced four senior promotions, including that of Susan Maxsween to COO. Lauren Krell, Shannon Sawyer and Patrick Fiorenza are all promoted to the rank of Senior Director.

RMS is located in central New York, and its services include QualiSight, a call center and focus group facility, and a consumer research panel called ViewPoint.

Maxsween (pictured top left) has worked at the company for more than fifteen years, most recently as Senior Director, Healthcare Operations and Compliance, and earlier in her career spent ten years as a Manager at Univera Healthcare.

Krell (pictured top right) becomes Senior Director of QualiSight operations, responsible for overseeing the QualiSight department as well as panel management and engagement activities for ViewPoint. She has more than 25 years' experience of managing call centers and a broad knowledge of technologies, applications and quality management tools.

Sawyer (pictured below left) is promoted to Senior Director of Health Care Operations, having served for two years as Director of Healthcare Operations - she has been with the company for a total of seven years.

Fiorenza (below right) is raised to Senior Director of Research Analytics, having joined the company around three and a half years ago as Research Analytics Manager. His previous roles include Senior Research Analyst at both Hezel Associates, in New York, and Washington, D.C.-based GovLoop.
