Nature Adds Eight, Boosts Qual Team

In Australia, insights consultancy Nature has announced eight recent hires. Stuart Malcolm, Jemimah Gray and Lilia Blanari join the recently-formed qual team, while James Shelley, Estelle Pack and Millie Niere join the wider business as consultants; and Briahna Certoma and Gabby Webb in strategy and operations.

Nature's new recruitsNature was established in 2007 and has offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The firm offers a range of methods for segmentation, brand and communication, pricing, conjoint and customer value studies, and is a certified B Corp.

In November last year, it appointed Christine O'Keefe to build and lead the qual practice, and Jed Larwood joined it three months ago and is now being promoted to AD. Of the three new arrivals, Malcolm joins as a Senior Associate Director, from CrowdDNA where he was Head of Agency, having worked earlier at Fiftyfive5. Gray joins as an AD, with a track record in trends and strategic qualitative work from her time at TRA and Fiftyfive5. Blanari joins from Pollinate and takes the role of Operations Lead, Qualitative.

In the broader team, joining the Melbourne office are Shelley - as a Senior Consultant, bringing experience from Lewers and with a background in end-to-end quant consulting; Pack, from Kantar UK with a background in marketing science, also as a Senior Consultant; and Niere, from Decision Design, as a Consultant.

Certoma joins in a newly created Strategy Support role and will work closely with Aliya Hasan, assisting the strategy team to scale impact as demand grows. Webb joins as Office Manager, bringing operational experience from Inventium and supporting team culture and coordination across Nature's Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices.

Founder and Managing Partner Chris Crook comments: 'These appointments reflect the enormous momentum we have as a business and the overwhelmingly positive response the market and our client base have had to us developing a full qual offering. We're delighted it's already achieved the success it has, but sense this is only the beginning and that great things lie ahead as we continue to deliver best-in-class advice drawing on our multidisciplinary skills.'
