New Practice and Senior Strategy Hire for RSB

US-based RSB Insights & Analytics has hired Radhecka Roy as its Chief Strategic Advisor; and separately has announced the formal launch of a practice focused on creating measurable, sustainable impact for global communities.

Radhecka RoyRSB offers research, data analysis and advanced modeling, with in-depth knowledge of specific sectors including shopper behaviour and packaging research. The firm says it has partnered with governments, multilateral organizations, academia, corporates (CSR) and INGOs for more than a decade, to evaluate programs across health, education, water and sanitation, agriculture, livelihoods, and rural development. The new practice builds on this experience with a new dedicated resources and a leadership team consisting of Dr. Ashish Panigrahi, Global Head of Social Research; and three Directors of Social Research - Ranjana Saradhi, Suchandra Nandy and S.S. Prasad. Founder and Managing Partner / CEO Rasik Mhatre comments: 'Our mission is to strengthen the effectiveness of social welfare programs through rigorous research and actionable insights that help communities thrive.'

Roy (pictured) brings more than 30 years of global experience in the insights industry, and has worked in markets including Singapore, Taiwan, the Fiji Islands and India. For the last ten years she has worked as a Global Lead at Ipsos in Singapore, first for NPD and then for Strategic Creation. Earlier she was a Research Director at Synovate and TNS, among other firms, and she began her research career at IMRB.

RSB says she is widely recognized for developing global best practices in multi-source insight synthesis, integrating AI and machine learning into research curation, and that her Cultural Transferability Framework is 'a go-to model for brands navigating diverse markets.'

In her new role she will work closely with RSB's leadership to shape strategic direction, enhance insight curation practices, and enhance the firm's presence and repuation.
