Three New Faces on Ipsos Board

Ipsos has added three new members to its Board of Directors: Armelle Carminati-Rabasse, Lionel Chaine and Anne-Marie Couderc. The Board now comprises seven women and seven men, and around two thirds independent directors.

Armelle Carminati-Rabasse, Lionel Chaine and Anne-Marie CoudercCarminati-Rabasse (pictured top) is an engineer by training, and has held senior executive roles in international groups including Accenture and real estate services group Unibail-Rodamco, leading transformations in business operations, information systems and human resources. During twenty-seven years at Accenture her roles included MD of the Retail sector in Europe, South America, Russia, Middle East & Africa, and MD of Human Capital & Diversity worldwide. She currently chairs the investment firm Axites-Invest; and was actively involved in the French business association MEDEF for fifteen years, founding and chairing its 'Inclusive Business' commission.

Chaine (pictured middle) is also an engineering graduate, and is Chief Information Officer of public sector investment bank Bpifrance, a major investor in Ipsos - he serves as the bank's permanent representative on the Board. Prior to joining Bpifrance, he held executive roles in major groups, including La Poste.

Couderc (pictured below) is a lawyer and former Minister of Employment; was a senior executive at the Hachette Group and later chaired Presstalis from 2010 to 2017. The Chair of Air France-KLM until last month, she was co-opted by the Ipsos board at a meeting ten days ago, to replace Ms. Florence Parly, who stepped down following her recent appointment in the same Air France-KLM role. Couderc is also a member of France's Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE) and its High Committee on Corporate Governance (HCGE).

'I am delighted to welcome these three new directors, whose skills and experience will further enhance the expertise of our Board,' says its Chair Didier Truchot. 'I would like to thank Armelle Carminati-Rabasse, Lionel Chaine, and Anne-Marie Couderc for accepting to join us. I also wish to express my sincere appreciation to their predecessors, Ms. Anne Marion-Bouchacourt and Ms. Florence Parly, for their commitment and the valuable contributions they have made to Ipsos in recent years.'
