ClicData Acquired by Italian Firm TeamSystem

Small business software company TeamSystem has acquired French firm ClicData, which offers SaaS solutions for data management and analytics, and boasts a strong footprint in Canada and the US.

TeamSystem's solutions are focused around the development of digital business management solutions for SMEs and professionals, helping them to use AI, SaaS and the Cloud for end-to-end transformation of their supply chain. The company turned over around EUR 1 billion in 2024 qnd employs more than 5,000 professionals.

These will now be joined by the staff of Lille, France-based ClicData, which was founded in 2008 by Telmo Silva and Hélàne Clary and provides an end-to-end platform for data management and reporting analytics. Clients across Europe and North America use its software to integrate, transform and visualise data from more than 250 different sources through interactive dashboards, predictive analytics and AI-based features. 2024 revenues were around EUR 3.4m.

Milan, Italy--based TeamSystem says the buy - and in particular ClicData's ability to manage large data flows from different environments - will advance its open innovation and product development goals, enhancing its Business Intelligence (BI) offering for its 2.5 million customers. The result will be 'a new generation of AI-powered BI tools designed to support smarter business decisions thanks to integrated data, intelligent dashboards and automated insights,' according to the firm.
