Hire and Promotion for Thinks Insight

London-based Thinks Insight & Strategy has appointed Elena Donoaga as a Junior Research Analyst, and promoted Rahma Mohamed to SRE.

Thinks Insight was formed when research firms BritainThinks and its subsidiary WorldThinks were combined two and a half years ago within a single brand, bringing together expertise in political, corporate, nfp and reputation research. Earlier this year it set up a specialist practice called 'Dialogue', building on its experience running major citizen engagement projects in the UK and headed up by Company Partner Lucy Farrow.

Donoaga (pictured below), a native of Moldova, is a recent graduate of the University Kent, with a First Class Honours degree in Politics and International Relations, with Quantitative Research. Mohamed (pictured above) joined IFF Research in September 2022 as a Trainee Research Executive, and was an RE by the time she left for Thinks last summer. She holds a BA in History from the University of Birmingham.
