New CFO Joins Crispin Beale at IDX

British-based communications and performance marketing agency IDX has appointed Richard Simons as its new Worldwide CFO. He joins recently appointed CEO Crispin Beale.

IDX is headquartered in London with worldwide offices including New York, Phoenix, Helsinki and Vadodara, India. The firm specialises in performance marketing, investor relations and stakeholder engagement. Two months ago the firm announced that former Behaviorally leader Beale would be joining it as Worldwide CEO, effective June 1st.

Simons brings experience from senior financial roles across the media and technology sectors, most recently as CFO at Mediazoo, where he played a key role in a successful exit to private equity. Earlier he worked at Microsoft, Sky and DMGT.
