National Lottery Insights Leader Joins Sparkminds
UK-based insight firm Sparkminds has appointed Dan Murray to its leadership team. He joins from Allwyn UK, the operator of The National Lottery, where he was Lead Insight Business Partner.
Sparkminds was founded in 2009 and offers brand tracking, market segmentation, proposition and creative development research, across B2C and B2B sectors. The firm achieved B-Corp accreditation in 2024.
Murray began his MR career with thirteen years at Millward Brown / Kantar, before moving to 2CV in 2014 as an Associate Director. In 2019 he joined Camelot, then operator of The National Lottery, rising to Lead Insight Business Partner. He retained this role at Allwyn when it took over operation of the Lottery in 2024. In his new role, he will oversee key client relationships, while working with the wider leadership team on agency innovation and best practice.
