Cint Adds AI Companion, Luci

Cint has announced the beta release of an AI Study Companion called Luci, built into its newly redesigned Lucid Measurement solution. A chat-based interface promises 'to instantly surface insights, explore campaign performance, and access key findings from brand lift studies, on demand.'

Luci logoCint gives its clients access to a network of more than 800 suppliers representing millions of engaged respondents in more than 130 countries, via its Cint Exchange marketplace. Its Lucid Measurement suite offers solutions to measure the effectiveness and brand lift of cross-channel advertising campaigns in real time. Earlier this year the company completed a rights issue worth SEK 596m (around $60m US), with which to accelerate its migration to a single integrated platform, and fuel its growth in key markets including the USA.

The new Luci tool allows users to type a simple, natural language question and receive insights into the drivers of performance, survey results for specific audiences, or real-time optimization suggestions for live campaigns. These replies are always drawn from the user's own study data, enhanced by resources from Cint's own help and support content ecosystem, with no external inputs or data sharing.
