Cursory Tech Adds AI 'Ops Transformation' Service

Survey programming and data processing platform Cursory Technologies has launched a premium support service called 'Brisk Ops Transformation', whereby its team of engineers and experts will embed its Brisk AI-powered research platform into a client's workflows.

Cursory Technologies was founded in 2022 in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, and also has offices in the US and UK. The firm offers access to a B2B panel covering the Americas, EU5 and AsiaPac regions; and a consumer panel covering more than 50 international markets; as well as survey programming, data validation and reporting services.

Brisk itself was launched two years ago, and is an AI-powered MR automation platform. The platform includes Survey Automation, instantly converting Word or Excel questionnaires into surveys in platforms like Forsta Plus, Forsta, Qualtrics and Dimensions; Data Services including Validation / Quality checks, auto translation, and tabulation and advanced charting; quant sample for B2B and B2C across global markets; qualitative recruitment and incentive payments; and project dashboard and ops tools.

The new premium service offers to take the work of embedding AI into systems entirely off the shoulders of a client's own staff, with the aim of 'helping organizations overcome slow AI adoption and operational bottlenecks.' The Brisk team will train client staff, monitor and promote adoption, and provide a review of the benefits in terms of cost, time and quality once the systems are changed over.
