New Office and HR Leader for Hightouch
Decision data platform Hightouch has opened an office in New York City, and appointed Chelsea Williams as Head of HR.
Hightouch's 'AI Decisioning' lifecycle marketing solution was launched last year, and works by continuously experimenting with messaging, timing and channel decisions to optimize marketing to every customer. The firm acquired data profiling and modeling specialist HeadsUp in November 2023, and in February was valued at $1.2bn when it raised $80m in an initial series C round. In March this year it appointed Lindsay McEwan as General Manager of EMEA, to roll the product out in Europe.
The new NYC office is already home to 45 team members across sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering. The firm says it has also doubled its headcount in EMEA, and now employs more than 250 people worldwide.
Williams brings more than a decade of HR experience in high-growth tech, and joins after a brief stint at message automation system Cordial, where she was VP of People & Culture. Earlier she worked at sports VR platform Virtually Live, as a Director and Head of Ops, and more recently in senior HR positions for two and a half years at B2B gifting platform Reachdesk. In her new role her remit is to 'scale talent, culture, and employee experience across Hightouch's global footprint.'
Co-founder and co-CEO Tejas Manohar comments, 'New York City is a hub for sophisticated businesses that want to harness their data to grow faster. Our growth on the east coast has been incredible, and we're investing to accelerate it even further.'
