Auto Data Firm Affinitiv Completes CEO Search
Automotive intelligence and lifecycle marketing firm Affinitiv has appointed Sharon Kitzman as its new CEO, succeeding Interim CEO Steve Stubitz, who will remain Chairman of the Board.
Affinitiv combines AI-driven intelligence and sector expertise to help automotive dealers establish strong customer connections, providing customized tools for sales, service and retention. The firm supports more than 5,500 dealerships across the US. Its AI and machine learning tech is combined with lifetime value and other models developed from billions of customer interactions, to predict a customer's likelihood of being in-market for a vehicle or specific vehicle services, and their anticipated sales and service spend over the next 3-5 years.
Kitzman brings more than 34 years of leadership experience in technology and automotive software, with a focus on scaling high-growth businesses and delivering customer-centric innovation. She joins from Dominion DMS, where as company President she launched and grew the first Microsoft-based cloud-native Dealer Management System (DMS) for the automotive industry. Earlier she was President of Infomedia Americas.
'Affinitiv is entering a new era of growth,' according to Jeffrey Gordon, Managing Partner and Co-Fund Manager of the firm's investor, Riverside. 'Sharon's leadership expertise, deep industry knowledge, and passion for customer success make her the ideal leader to guide the company in its next chapter. We are confident she will accelerate Affinitiv's momentum and continue building long-term value for our customers, partners, and team members.'
Stubitz took the Interim CEO role on the departure of Adam Meier, who left in June after nine years at the company.
