Senior Marketing and Product Hires for Data Axle

In Dallas, Texas, data-driven marketing and business intelligence solutions firm Data Axle - formerly known as Infogroup - has appointed Wayne Townsend as CPO, and Natalie Cunningham as SVP of Marketing.

Wayne Townsend and Natalie CunninghamData Axle was known as Infogroup until it rebranded in September 2020, taking the name of a portal service it launched in 2012. In February 2024 it hired Andrew Frawley as its new CEO.

Townsend (pictured above) joins from Epsilon, where he spent nearly a dozen years, most recently as Chief Strategic Growth Officer, and worked earlier as COO and CEO of ClickSquared. A former US Air Force Captain, he brings experience in data-driven marketing, adtech, martech, and analytics. In his new role he will oversee product strategy, development, and innovation across Data Axle's portfolio.

Cunningham (pictured below) is a B2B marketer who served as CMO at marketing services company Terminus, now part of DemandScience, and Senior Director of brand and Digital Marketing at document automation specialist Conga, among others. In her new position she will shape how Data Axle connects with its customers, and lead brand, communications, product marketing and demand generation.
