Multiple Senior Hires for IDX

Marketing agency IDX has made half a dozen senior appointments, and launched two new global functions or 'directorates', Customer Success and Customer Delivery. The new units bring together more than 500 of its staff worldwide and are part of the 'Project Elevate' company-wide transformation program.

Paul Knight joins as SVP of Customer Success and joins the Executive Leadership Team, with experience in enterprise SaaS and transformation leadership from companies including Acoustic, IBM and Silverpop. In his new role he will lead efforts to enhance customer value and engagement across all global markets.

Danny Russell joins as Chief Customer Officer, and also takes a seat on the Executive Leadership Team. His marketing leadership experience comes from positions at Sky, Boots, Kraft, British Airways and O2. In his new position, he will oversee efforts to keep customers 'at the heart of every decision and service offering.'

The company has also appointed Caroline Thorneycroft as Head of Customer Satisfaction, reporting to Russell and leading the company's global client experience and feedback programs, with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable results.

Atul Saigal is promoted to Chief Customer Delivery Officer, leading a newly-unified global delivery organization; while Chris Corrigan steps up to Chief Growth Officer, a role including expansion of strategic partnerships with stock exchanges, capital markets intermediaries, and key enterprise clients. He will also work to accelerate the firm's expansion into the Middle East.

Corrigan will work closely with Piers Sutton, who has been appointed Head of Enterprise Solutions - developing large-scale, cross-market partnerships that deliver integrated, end-to-end communications and digital solutions for multinational clients.

Former Chime and Behaviorally leader Crispin Beale, who was appointed as Chief Executive of IDX in May this year, states: 'By combining AI and HI, we deliver something truly unique.
