Peekator Unveils New Survey Platform

Survey software firm Peekator has launched a new version of its platform, promising a combination of 'modern & beautiful design' with advanced features and AI capabilities.

Peekator was founded in 2018 by current CEO Marin Mrša (pictured) and has offices in the UK and Croatia.

The new, fully mobile-optimized solution allows twenty different question types, from 'the classics' to MaxDiff, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, Heatmap and Gabor Granger. Conversational AI follows up questions with intelligent probes, and respondents can reply verbally. Other AI features include automated coding of text data, one-click export to an editable PowerPoint deck, and provision of actionable recommendations.

The company's approach already features pre-screeners and a fraud detection tool, to ensure well-targeted and real participants; smart checks during the interview to catch fraud, bots and apparent AI; and post-survey data cleaning to remove rushed answers and check open-ended responses and patterns for consistency.
