Kantar Hires President, Global Solutions

Kantar has appointed Boston Consulting Group (BCG) MD and Partner Kristi Rogers in the new role of President, Global Solutions, based in London and starting in January.

At BCG, Rogers leads the Telco, Media and Technology (TMT) Practice across the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium, focusing on media and information services, as well as ecosystem partnerships and helping clients with growth strategy, AI transformation and go-to-market. She previously led the consulting firm's own global TMT marketing team. Before joining she spent eight years in senior roles at consumer goods company Philips, in the US and Europe. She holds a BA in International Business from UW Foster School of Business, and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

In her new role, she will lead the Global Solutions organisation, a core unit which brings together the global group's expertise, IP, products and technology to deliver marketing and branding solutions for its clients.

She reports to recently hired CEO Paul Zwillenberg, who says he has 'admired her work for over a decade'. He comments: 'There is no-one better positioned than Kristi to shape the solutions that will define the new era of AI-led marketing. She has a deep understanding of the rapidly changing marketing ecosystem, phenomenal strategic insight and a laser focus on what our clients need to thrive. She also brings a genuine passion for all things Kantar and a strong connection with our clients.'

Last month Kantar appointed a Chief Client Officer and Chief Product Officer, and a CEO for the Americas, and between them Zwillenberg says these will 'put Kantar in pole position to lead the industry into the AI-led marketing and branding future.'
