Huge Investment for French CRM Software Firm Brevo

Paris-based customer engagement software specialist Brevo has closed a EUR 500m funding round, with which to support continued investment in AI, accelerate US growth, and drive M&A activity.

Armand ThibergeFounded in 2012 and formerly known as Sendinblue, Brevo operates in 180 countries, with France, Germany and the USA accounting for 65% of its total revenue. Established as a specialist in email marketing, the company has broadened out to offer an all-in-one marketing and sales platform providing a unified view of the customer journey. Sales CRM, including tracking of opportunities and automation of lead conversion, has become a major driver of growth.

The latest round sees General Atlantic and Oakley Capital joining the Company's shareholders. Bpifrance and Bridgepoint remain minority investors, while Partech is exiting its stake.
