Funds and Buys for Creator Intelligence Platform Humanz
In Tel Aviv, creator management and intelligence platform Humanz has announced a $15 million funding round, together with the acquisitions of US firms Ubiquitous and Bambassadors.
Launched in 2017 and now with bases on five continents, Humanz supports more than a million online content creators with an end-to-end, all-in-one operating system powered by proprietary AI and real-time data.
The investment, which bring total funds raised to date to $32 million, was backed by previous high profile investors and new institutional funds, and will be used to boost AI development and for 'at least three' further company buys early in 2026.
Users can identify and contact appropriate creators using AI-driven intelligence, manage campaigns from brief to execution, coordinate content approvals and workflows, process payments and contracts, track performance with real-time analytics, and measure attributable sales and ROI.
The firm says the acquisition of Ubiquitous strengthens its US footprint with 'established brand equity, enterprise budgets, and a deep influencer network'; while Bambassadors brings specialized tech in User-Generated Content (UGC) and performance marketing.
CEO Liran Liberman comments: 'The creator economy isn't broken. It's just been built on the wrong foundation. With the acquisition of Ubiquitous and Bambassadors we will be able to double-down on our position in the US and amplify our capabilities globally, giving creators and brands a unified experience from discovery to collaboration to measurable results. Backed by this new funding, we're accelerating our AI roadmap and pursuing additional acquisitions, paving the way toward category leadership.'
