Senior Appointments and Restructure for Human8

Human8 has announced leadership appointments across the UK and APAC, designed to leave the firm with 'a structure that helps brands act fast and think boldly.' Jane Bloomfield becomes MD for the UK, and Katie McClintock for APAC, while former ABN Impact CEO Maz Amirahmadi is retiring from the group.

Jane Bloomfield and Katie McClintockHuman8 was a pioneer in the field of insight communities, and now offers solutions in many other areas of research and res tech including AI-based innovation techniques. Having made some nine acquisitions in the last six years, the firm currently employs some 700 people across 22 offices.

Bloomfield (pictured above) brings in-depth experience in brand consultancy, insights and analytics, including roles as Global CMO at Landor, Chief Growth Officer for Kantar UK, and Chief Commercial Officer at Insight222. Her appointment brings the group's cultural strategy consultancy Space Doctors and the UK consumer insights team together under her leadership, with offices in across London, Manchester and Brighton. She a focus on deepening and integrating Human8's advisory capabilities, her senior team comprises Paul Child, Head of UK; Cato Hunt & Gareth Lewis, Co-MDs of Space Doctors; and James Williams, Head of Operations.

McClintock (pictured below) is based in Singapore. She brings more than twenty years of regional leadership experience from organizations including PepsiCo, Mastercard and Kantar, and succeeds founding APAC leader Amirahmadi, who retires after forty years in the sector and sixteen shaping the APAC presence of Human8 and running ABN Impact, which Human8 acquired in 2019. Human8 has also simplified its structure in the region, with a senior team comprising Jason Spencer, Head of Greater China (this includes the People's Republic, Hong Kong and Taiwan); Daniel Teixeira as Head of Southeast Asia & Australia (SEAA); and Karen Khao as Head of Hong Kong.
