Cynozure Adds FS Sector Leader to Advisory Board
In London, data and analytics consultancy Cynozure Group has appointed insurance and financial services veteran David Germain to its Advisory Board.
Germain brings thirty years of experience as a CIO, CTO and COO leading large-scale technology, data and operational transformation. He has held senior leadership roles at organisations including QBE, RSA, RBS, Deutsche Bank, Close Brothers and GE Capital. Having switched to a portfolio career a year ago, he is currently an NED at Investec plc, Weatherbys Bank / Arkle Finance, an External Member of the University of Cambridge Audit Committee, and a Trustee of Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, as well as a Patron for the Sickle Cell Society. Among a number of awards, he was selected as Insurance CIO of the Year in the UK by C-Suite magazine in 2024.
