HarrisQuest Debuts Continuous Reputation Tracker QRQ
Stagwell-owned public opinion, analytics and consulting firm The Harris Poll has launched Harris QuestRQ (QRQ), an always-on reputation tracking system, combining live firm reputation metrics with its database of trended proprietary corporate ranking data, gathered over three decades.
The new solution is part of the HarrisQuest brand tracking platform, itself sited within Stagwell's SaaS solution suite for marketers, The Marketing Cloud. Users can measure their reputation 'beyond their category' and against their own history, and can link movements in corporate reputation to more than seventy-five metrics of brand health to measure and understand its impact.
Harris QuestRQ uses a framework measuring six key reputation dimensions - trust, vision, quality, relevance, ethics, and culture; can be customized depending on a company's strategic priorities; and is delivered via a self-service platform for an instant response to changes. The firm says its data is based on 'validated, representative samples rooted in decades of data science,' with the solution supported by The Harris Poll's consulting expertise.
Wendy Salomon, MD of Reputation at The Harris Poll, comments: 'Reputation has become one of the most valuable forms of currency a business can have - yet too many leaders are still relying on annual data to manage it. With Harris QuestRQ, we've taken decades of reputation science and rebuilt it for the pace and complexity of today's world. It's leaner, faster and smarter - giving leaders the always-on visibility they need to make reputation a true, real-time decision-making asset.'
According to Jonathan Gardner, CEO of HarrisQuest, QRQ ' transforms reputation from a number you react to into a strategy you can execute, providing the clarity needed to build a more relevant, resilient, and enduring brand.'
