Senior Hires for Marketbridge
In the US, consulting and marketing firm Marketbridge has appointed Mike Swartz as Chief Growth Officer and Ellie Ahmadi as SVP of Global Corporate Marketing.
The company was formed when five US-based businesses - COMM, fama PR, Intelisent, MarketBridge and Quarry - came together in September 2024 under the Marketbridge name, and offers strategy consulting, marketing and comms, data science, analytics and technology solutions. The combined firm employs almost 400 people, with headquarters in Bethseda, MD, and offices in four other US cities plus Canada and the UK. Seven weeks ago it appointed Bob Ray as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding John Shomaker.
Swartz (pictured below) previously held senior leadership roles at Bounteous and Accenture Song, including at the latter as Managing Director and growth leader across both B2B and B2C sectors. As Chief Growth Officer, he leads the firm's go-to-market strategy, solution design, account management, partnerships, corporate marketing, and revenue operations.
Ahmadi (pictured above) brings more than twenty years of B2B marketing leadership experience, including multiple roles as CMO guiding companies through periods of significant change. Her role will now be central to how Marketbridge positions itself in the market.
