Loyalty Research Leader for Decision Analyst

US-based agency Decision Analyst, which operates the American Consumer Opinion(r) Online panel, has appointed Joel Mincey as the new leader of its Loyalty Research Group. Mincey worked previously for MCI and Synovate after a spell as a political pollster.

The firm specialises in advertising testing, strategy research, new product development, and advanced modeling to aid marketing decisions.

Mincey takes the title of Senior Vice President and joins a well-established team helping clients with customer satisfaction and relationship management programs that strengthen customer loyalty. He worked for Synovate in Chicago, as a Senior VP in the firm's global brand assessment research group, and before that as Research Manager for MCI in Washington, D.C. He worked in political polling from 1991 to 1997.

Decision Analyst's Executive VP Bonnie Kenoly says Mincey's experience 'in marketing research and beyond' makes him 'the ideal person to lead this critical area of company-customer interaction'.

Mincey holds a bachelor's degree in political science and history from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette, LA, and a master's degree in political science from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

The American Consumer Opinion(r) Online panel is one of the world's largest with more than 3.5 million participants. Decision Analyst is online at www.decisionanalyst.com
