PureSpectrum Hires and Promotes in ANZ

PureSpectrum has appointed Emma Roberts as Sales Director, ANZ, and Leyfa Vakimes as Associate Director, ANZ Services, while Chris Mawn is promoted to Vice President in the region after three years with the company.

The firm says the appointments follow a year of exceptional growth across Australia and New Zealand, and reflect its commitment to investing in APAC leadership as client demand accelerates.

Roberts (pictured above) worked previously for three and a half years in Client Partner and Client Director roles at The Foresight Factory, after a year at Streetbees. Earlier she spent eight years at Kantar, latterly as Strategy Director on Consulting Projects, in both New York and London. She began her career as an Analyst at Anheuser-Busch in South Africa. In her new role she will lead the growth of the company's Brand and Software portfolio, which has been its fastest-growing client segment over the past four years.

Vakimes (pictured middle) joins after more than fifteen years at Dynata (and its corporate forerunners), as a Senior Account Manager, Director and Client Lead, most of it in Latin America, but since November 2022 based in Sydney.

Mawn (pictured below) has worked as Director of Clients, ANZ since joining the company, and will now lead its Oceania business. Prior to joining he was co-founder and Director of three New South Wales companies, McNair yellowSquares, Survey Village and BLOKEVOTE. 'After three successful years with PureSpectrum, Chris has defined a strong identity for our offering in the Australian and New Zealand markets,' says MD APAC James Rogers. 'This new structure positions us to build on our momentum and continue delivering impactful results for our clients.'
