Kantar Connection for Work Wellbeing Consultancy

Productivity Bargain, a company aiming to help client firms tackle performance and burnout challenges, has appointed Ed Steiner as a Consultant. He rejoins his former Kantar colleague Anne Rayner, who is the company's founder.

Ed SteinerAustralia-based Productivity Bargain partners with companies to help redesign their working habits, 'shift the culture around how time is valued,' unlock productivity opportunities and create the conditions for 'sustainable high performance without burnout.' Its methods feature evidence gathering, free access to a supportive online community, and a step-by-step change-management program.

Steiner (pictured) brings more than two decades of experience in insights-driven strategy, branding, and transformation across sectors including government, financial services, tourism and professional services. He worked for a year as Head of Strategy and Growth for Sydney-based agency 10 Thousand Feet, after five years as a Managing Partner at Hall & Partners. Earlier he worked at PwC, DBM Consultants and for six years at Kantar. He will continue to serve as Business Director with Human8 Australia, alongside his new responsibilities.

'Ed and I have known each other for more than a decade,' says Rayner, 'and I've always admired his human touch, his genuine connection with people, and the care he brings to solving the right problem. Burnout in professional services is at an all-time high, and organisations are looking for ways to lift performance without pushing people past their limits. Ed's experience and values align deeply with what Productivity Bargain stands for.'
