ESA Appointment and Promotion
Retail and trade researcher ESA has appointed Joanne Dunlop as Senior Project Executive and promoted Kimberley Maidment to Project Executive, both within the client service projects team.
Dunlop joins from JRA Research where she worked in field for 15 months. She began her MR career at BMRB International on graduation. At ESA she will be working within the dedicated ACNielsen projects team, primarily taking on the management of one of the team's key pricing services.
Maidment joined ESA over three years ago following a brief spell in the retail sector. She spent 18 months in the internal field division before moving into the client service projects team, where her specialisms have included interviewing, in-store auditing and customer satisfaction.
