Funds for Intent Data / ABM Software Firm BambooBox

ABM software firm BambooBox has raised $6.6 million in funding, with which to scale its b2b AI solutions and expand globally.

BambooBox logoABM or Account Based Marketing aims to use purchase intent data from a wide variety of sources to focus business marketing and sales efforts on high-potential customers and drive measurable outcomes. BambooBox offers a 'Managed ABM Operating System,' which it says addresses shortcomings in existing ABM offers. Tapping proprietary AI-powered orchestration technology and a team of proactive ABM experts, the company works with enterprise customers to integrate with existing CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and advertising systems and ensure ABM functions as a revenue-driving operating model.

BambooBox is led by co-founders Ankur Saigal, CEO - previously Chief Revenue Officer at Capillary Technologies - and CTO Divyesh Dixit, whose product and engineering experience draws on leadership roles at Zycus, Adobe and Aptean. The firm is investing in AI agents designed to automate research, personalization and orchestration at scale.

Saigal said in a statement: 'This fundraise marks an important milestone for us, but more importantly, it validates our belief that Account Based Marketing is a go-to-market philosophy, not just a tech stack. Over the last few years, we've worked closely with enterprise teams to build and run ABM programs that deliver real outcomes across acquisition, cross-sell, and expansion. With this capital, we will deepen our AI capabilities, scale our AI-Native ABM services globally, and help more enterprises unlock value from their existing GTM investments.'

The investment was led by Peak XV's Surge, with participation from Emergent Ventures, Arc180, Uncorrelated, HAF, and a number of angel investors.

The company, which has offices in Wilmington, DE, USA and Bangalore, India, is online at www.bamboobox.ai .
