Reece Rejoins Vital Findings in AI Leadership Role

LA-based insight agency Vital Findings has appointed former Microsoft exec Jenny Reece as Head of AI, charged with leading the firm's 'thoughtful, human-led' AI adoption in both its own workflows and its research offerings.

Jenny ReeceEstablished in 2010 by Jason Kramer - previously the co-founder of entertainment, media and technology market research firm Interpret - Vital Findings offers qual and quant research, design research and advanced analytics to clients in sectors including entertainment, consumer electronics and technology. The firm also prides itself on resonant storytelling, including 'optimizing results for visual comprehension', and is now aiming to integrate AI throughout its activities and solutions. Development work currently underway includes new simulation approaches which seamlessly combine audience insights, AI capabilities and real-world use cases.

Reece (pictured) has spent fifteen years in client side and agency research roles, and most recently led AI research and transformation projects at Microsoft. This included mapping the emerging AI market, developing new frameworks, and delivering the veteran software firm's first AI Customer Feedback Simulator. Her work also includes building new systems for measuring customer experience, leading portfolio brand tracking, and driving advanced analytics, copy testing and other global research. Prior to Microsoft she worked at firms including GfK, Millward Brown and in a first spell at Vital Findings as Manager and Senior Manager, Research and Design between 2015 and 2017.
