Cope Moves to CEO / MD Role at Business Advantage

UK-based Business Advantage, which provides research, consultancy and sales development services, has appointed former 2CV researcher Rachel Cope as its new CEO / Managing Director.

Founded over 30 years ago, Business Advantage specialises in B2B market research, data services, consulting and sales development - including the conversion of prospects into long-term customers - with a focus on the IT, digital and telecoms sectors.

Cope brings more than 25 years of experience in the industry, and joins from London-based 2CV Research where she was Head of Customer Experience and Growth. In her new role she will lead the strategic direction of Business Advantage, oversee research operations and work to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
