Cynozure Hires to Boost Data Management Offer

UK-based data, analytics and AI consultancy Cynozure has appointed Helen Cullis as Data Management Advisor.

Cynozure helps clients with their data and AI strategy; data management, architecture and engineering; and 'data culture' and literacy. A certified B Corp, it is also the firm behind the Hub & Spoken podcast, and operates an exclusive members club, the CDO Hub, which provides global data leaders a forum to collaborate, share, learn and grow.

Cullis (pictured) has worked in the financial services, healthcare, life sciences and higher education sectors, and brings strong technical expertise, with experience in helping client organisations navigate regulatory complexity while driving measurable business value from data. She joins after a year-long career break, prior to which she spent two years at finance company Funding Circle, most recently as Head of Data Management. Before this she worked for eighteen months as Data Governance Lead at Monzo Bank. Earlier roles included data governance oversight and data analysis, including analysis clinical trials at UCL and within the NHS. She holds an MA (Oxon.) in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford.
