Senior Sales Hire for Sightly
US firm Sightly, whose flagship Brand Mentality platform helps brands understand culture and audience behavior in real time, has appointed Dave Otis as SVP of Sales.
Sightly is an AI-powered marketing intelligence company, combining real-time cultural, contextual and audience intelligence to inform planning, creative and activation. The firm was founded as a video ad targeting specialist in 2006.
Otis (pictured) brings more than fifteen years of experience in digital media, much of it dedicated to driving adoption of new approaches to audience intelligence. He worked most recently at contextual targeting specialist Seedtag, where he was the first US hire and helped establish the platform Stateside. Earlier he spent nearly seven years at outstream video advertising and publisher monetization platform Teads. In his new role he will build on this experience to expand adoption of the Brand Mentality platform, reporting to Sightly's Executive Vice President of Sales, Ben Lambert.
