Senior Hire and Promotion for Truth Consulting

London agency Truth Consulting has appointed Phoebe Fareham as Creative Director and Head of its Truth Studio unit, strengthening its creative and editorial offer; and has promoted Carlota Rosa-Delgado to AI Lead.

Phoebe FarehamTruth provides expertise in brand, communications, innovation and strategy. The firm collaborates with a global network of experts, changemakers and youth leaders, including partnerships with Ashoka and its international community. Headquartered in London, it employs around 35 people, and operates in more than 75 markets across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, the Americas and APAC.

Fareham (pictured top) started her career as a journalist on the BBC's international news desk, then worked at London publication Time Out, before joining research agency Crowd DNA, where she headed up the editorial team. Truth Studio, which she will now lead, is Truth's creative team, working with clients to create strategic tools, creative outputs, video, white papers, immersive workshops, journey visualisations and playbooks.

Truth says the appointment and the development of Studio 'mark a return' to the vision with which it was founded in 2007 - 'to change the market research industry through better storytelling, more impact, and ways of working inspired by management consultancy and the boldness and creativity of creative agencies.'

Carlota Rosa-DelgadoRosa-Delgado (pictured below) will lead Truth's AI transformation process, including the introduction of Claude and Anthropic tools across all workstreams, and will work closely with Elizabeth Gladwin, Head of AI and Innovation at Paritee, Truth's owner for the past few months.
