Four New Research Directors among Promotions at IFF
London-based independent social and market research agency IFF Research has announced 22 promotions, including Alex Pearson, Catherine O'Driscoll, Clare Palmer and Helen Greevy to Research Director level.
IFF was established in 1965 as a specialist in industrial / B2B research, and today works with private and public sector clients including B2C. Much of its work revolves around government and social research. The firm says the raft of recent promotions reflect its dedication to helping build careers through clear progression pathways, development opportunities and promotion from within.
Pearson (pictured above) has been with the company for eleven years, having joined on its graduate programme, and works across IFF's Business & Enterprise, Regulation, and Energy & Environment sectors. Palmer (pictured below) joined the team as an Associate Director in 2023, and leads work in the Health & Wellbeing, Work & Welfare and Housing sectors.
Also promoted are Chris Green, Oscar Lind, Ed Wilkinson and Zoe Mamode, from Research Executive to SRE; Reece Savage from Accounts Apprentice to Accounts Assistant; and nine people - Anna Campbell, Aisling O'Connell, Joe Gooding, Katerina Cohnova, Laura Dunbar, Maria Gallagher, Mohsin Uppal, Sophie Renken, and Sophie Harvey-Rich - from SRE to Research Manager.
Tom Bradley is promoted from Research Manager to Senior Research Manager, and Caitlin Webb, Luke Osborne and Rebecca Neaves from Senior Research Manager to Associate Director.
'It's a real pleasure to be celebrating so many promotions,' says CEO Jan Shury. 'One of the best parts of my job is watching people grow here over time - seeing their confidence build, knowledge deepen, and careers take shape. We're big believers in developing people from within, it sits at the heart of our human-first approach. These promotions are a reflection of that in action.'
